The Braves almost had this last year. Due to injuries, we almost had a catcher on our playoff roster with 0 MLB at bats.

And it was close. If one of our infielders hadn't gotten injured with three games left, we would have had him instead of a utility infielder.
When the wheels start to come off, it seems like the vehicle is always pointed downhill.
