calorie burn (and often makes you hungrier so you eat the difference). It's you really want to burn calories to lose weight, it's in your day to day things you do. Don't sit at a desk. Get a standing desk. You'll burn way more calories than a workout. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Sitting is just the worst thing you can possibly do to burn calories (as I sit at my desk going on the better part of 9 hours a day).
