I really saw this in effect when I was at Lollapalooza. I was almost entirely standing for 10 hours a day and it's about a mile walk from one end to

the other which I did a couple of times. I wasn't watching what I ate (had pretty bad for me foods, ice cream, burgers, etc.) and I lost 3 pounds over the 3 days.
