I have no problem with it still. It's still a person making the decision. They can see something on the ground and decide to call off the attack.

It's the difference of firing a gun at a guy you see, and firing an artillery shell and hitting something 10 miles away that you don't see.
It's simply a different weapon used at a greater distance.
