Jesse kills Gus and takes over the operation with Mike as his right hand...
He lets Walter cook,
meanwhile Hank figures it out, finally and gives Walt a chance to turn evidence. Walt wants to because of the family but wants to cut Jesse in on the deal as well...
Hank says no and tells Walt to make a decision...
