Really? I would think it a not-great intuitive leap to presume any acitivity increases once it is decriminalized. -- nm - landbeck Oct 8, 12:26 1
- Not necessarily - adulterers gonna adulterate, but it might have already hit max occupancy before decriminalization. - Beryllium Oct 8, 12:29
