It depends how you define what's moral and/or how you ranks which moral are important.

Since the 60s, I'd guess pre-marital sex has risen (though it was never as low as thought even back then), adultery and cheating have likely increased, divorce has obviously increased.

At the same time, civil rights and equality have increased across genders, races, and sexual orientations. (That last one will be pro for some, con for others. The first two aren't arguable as anything but good, I'd hope)
