Not with regard to his earlier statement. Unless you think he thinks Goldman Sachs is destroying the environment as well? It's pretty clear that there are two trains of thought leaving his station during that interview...
It's also pretty clear that you're hearing what you want to hear, and rearranging the context of what he actually said to fit that. And for that reason, as O'Leary would say, "I'm out."
