Gus seemed to have free reign of the place, I would chalk this up to him donating usage of the center's van ... and knowing ahead of time where it was going because the itinerary had to be cleared with him.
But that's not as likely as him being tipped off by something else and telling Tyrus to watch Hector like a hawk.
