it's not. I've had things lost when sent to gov't offices - if I feel I have to usps mail, I do it with tracking; but even then, I'm still nervous.

the upside for jack in this case is that he has ~2.5 months to work things out, in case there's an issue; but I'd still feel better using an expeditor like the one I linked on b2.

this. I don't trust USPS with a valuable document. Expeditors are good. But if I were him I'd go tot he office (which is local). -- nm - loosilu Oct 11, 11:56
