I do that for artwork, and I'll even look around sometimes when there are other kinds of medical imaging; but not for detail in these.

I think I usually notice how much space is around the fetus, and I'd probably notice if there was something odd about the overall shape; but that's it.
too many other details to peer at. "aww, look at the little mouth moving."
