out of line with how they've performed closer to their home.
I mean with all their terror network ties they go with a completely unknown dude claiming to work for a Mexican cartel? A guy who was actually undercover FBI?
Yay for us and law enforcement being super on top of things, but this really doesn't sound like something that would come from Quds simply because its so freakishly poorly planned and executed.
