I wrote this on Twitter last night, but with Boston in the mindst of leadership changes, the Jays have to view next year as the start of their window.

1. Throw buckets at Prince Fielder for 1B/bat clean up.
2. Trade Edwin Encarnation or Adam Lind (whomever gets you a better reliever)
3. Install the remaining one at DH.
4. Sign a reasonable veteran pitcher to throw third or fourth in the rotation.
5. Bat Escobar(R), Rasmus (L), Bautista (R), Fielder (L), Lawrie (R), DH, LF, Arencibia, 2B.

That has to win 90-92 games, right?

The only thing I hate is hitting Lawrie after Fielder, so maybe you hit him second.
