Hax-ish story

Two weekends ago I was in Nashville for one of my best friend's wedding. He's actually my brother's best friend from childhood, and we all live close by each other. We've known the Bride for the past six years. So we hang out a lot.

At the wedding, my brother's wife - who is very outgoing and loves to talk to people - started chatting up one of the bride's old high school friends who currently lives in Nashville. My sister in law reported on our way to the airport:
"Did you guys have a good time this weekend? I'm so excited, I made a new friend!"
me: "Who?"
her: "Ellen, [the bride]'s friend. She's really cool, we have a lot in common. And she's going to come stay with us because she's considering moving to DC!"
me: (wow, that's ballsy. I would never make a friend that fast, but hey) "That's cool." (this is probably going to be one of those 'hey, I'll call you' things that never happens)

But it did happen. Almost right after the wedding, the bride's friend arrived and has been staying in my sister in law's guest room. But where my SIL thought it was only going to be a weekend, it's turned out to be over a week. And when asked "so, what's your plan?" the bride's friend has said, "I like DC, I think I'll continue looking for a job here and stay with you guys for a while." My sister in law isn't someone who likes to withdraw an offer so now she doesn't know what to do, because the guest room and master share a wall and she doesn't want to have noisy sex while someone's visiting.

At this point I think the Hax question would be: "How do I get rid of this guest who's cramping my style?"
