They generally have 12 and 20oz glasses, but you have to get the 20oz for it to count unless that particularly beer doesn't come in 20 due to price or alcohol content. Also I think bottles count too. At certain levels you get different rewards, such as a gift certificate. And at 250 you get your name on a plaque and at 500 you get your name on another plaque plus free dinner for four. There is also a level for 1000 but nobody has reached that yet.
