cost/logistics are freaking me out.

like, i am not spending the down payment on a house to get married. that's insanely stupid.

and, the 'running off to the beach' part is a little problematic because, obviously, dave wants his son there. and i don't want to 'babysit' an 18 year old on an all you can drink resort on my honeymoon (and, yes, someone else could watch him, but he's still ultimately our responsibility, and i don't want to deal with a drunk, stupid, teenager. call me selfish.)
