if you buy a week-long package, it's super cheap. taking a la carte flights, etc, ends up costing way more. and it's tough to tell him he has to leave when other people can stay.

no, there will be a party, it will be here (or nearish here), and it will be fine. but it's clearly got to be all-or-nothing size wise. it's going to be 40 people or 120. i vote for 40. he votes for 120.
