fwiw, I totally understand wanting to be super selective about labor and just after birth; but there's a special joy to seeing the new kidlets soon

after they're born for family and close friends. I would have missed that a lot for the next gen. kids.
you have every right to control who touches, but just seeing and saying "look what you made!" is special.
(please note: not pushing this on you, just giving you a family-side perspective.)
