Not only did they keep me out of the loop in regards to a management realignment which directly affects how I do my work, they created a position I had expressed specific interest in (in fact, I mentioned it every single year I've been here during my annual reviews) and gave it to someone else...

Not that I'm long for this place, in any case, really, but still...
