I microchip that is small and sttached to the dart, that detatches under the skin.

can't be rocket science.
I know it might not be out there TODAY, but it just makes sense if this is truly a problem.
Nevermind that the po-dunk police do not have the technology to do this anyway, and have to shoot to kill.
