If I haven't posted it (I can't remember if I hit submit) i'd imagine western places might have better armed/prepped Animal Controls...

either way, if the stuff exists, I'm not sure the costs would ever be prudent for 99% of localities.
About 15 years ago, we had a local snake handler who got bit by a cobra...when he didn't show up for work...the Animal Control went to his house, saw the body, saw the cages...and basically locked that shit down till they could get experts....
here, there wasn't time and the population is in danger...shoot to kill. Donate the meat to the soup kitchen.
