it's a basic understanding of the issue.

If you want to stop the migrant illegals, make it tougher for them to find a job.

Hell, my first proposal would be a $15,000 fine for every illegal working for a company (a minimum-wage full-time job pays 14800 a year)...every new instance would be a doubling of the prior fine.

All this money pays for the INS processing and deportation process.
