In the 60 Minutes piece it went to towns in Switzerland and Ireland where major US companies are "organized" to avoid US taxes.

They're paying 10-15% taxes there. I'm not sure why they pick there over the Caymans, but they are. It includes interviews with CEOs of US companies saying they would be fine at 15%. There is a cost to them maintaining these structures.
