An interesting little tidbit I heard this morning regarding Libya...

there are allegedly 20,000 shoulder fired surface to air missiles...missing...in Libya.

I sure hope they're the old Soviet versions from the 70s and 80s which likely won't fire now (I was roundly laughed at for knowing this and asking the question).

I'm guessing there are many CIA teams all over Libya looking for this stuff.
