My room is 95 sq feet. Add on a tiny kitchen and bathroom with tub and I think I'd be fine. So maybe 150/200 sq feet?
One wall has a dormer so I can't put a Murphy bed in the room that I would love to do.

can I configure it how I want? I bet I could live in 500SF if you didn't make me have a kitchen. -- nm

400-600 sq. feet. My apartment is much larger than that and I have more room than I need. -- nm

My current apt is around 550 (rough estimate). I estimate I could go as low as... 450?

I think my MIL's apartment is under 200 sq ft. It boggles the mind how she lives there.

I just looked at 2 apartments, 950sq ft and 1600 sq ft. I took the 1600 because the other was too small. -- nm

depends a lot on how it's laid out and the number of rooms. A 1000sf one-br condo is a lot bigger than a 1000sf 3-br townhouse.
