There are studies that show brain differences. I don't know that it's specifically to the point of proof that it's inborn

(there could still be environmental factors) but it's a pretty trong marker and definitely shows that it's not something that's chosen.
(Caveat: I'm sure there's someone, somewhere who has decided to be gay just because or out of some weird artistic statement)
