Today's "learn how to e-mail at work!" gripe: people who send such ambiguous e-mails that they can't possibly be interpreted.

Example 1: an e-mail forwarded with absolutely no message from the person who forwarded it. ok....? i'm supposed to do... what with this?

Example 2: forwarding something with a very vague "Is this what you thought?" comment. Is this what I thought about what? It's just a list of facts. There's nothing to think about it.
