practical. Personally I believe people are "born that way", but my guess is that those physiological differences probably vary in degree. Which is why some people are bi or bi-curious. There probably are people who have some of the physiological differences in small enough degrees that, with social pressures and stigmas actually do make a choice (whether they are ever fully comfortable with that choice or not is a different matter), but I always come back to, "so what?"
