Hard to judge just based on age. Some people are a mature 28 and others aren't.

It's really a person to person thing in my opinion. I know 40+ women that are as childish as my 20 something friends.
I wouldn't date someone too young as we wouldn't have all that much in common and she wouldn't get half my jokes/references. :-)
