For the Ladies: Shoes...really?

So as I have just been getting used to being single and actually paying attention to interaction with people. I find that many women when they meet you look you up head to toe but really stop and look at your shoes.

I have noticed this more now that I pay attention. So does the generalize sterotypical female fasciation with shoes transfer across into it being something that you check out about guys and make a judgement about them on, based on what they have on their feet?
