STIS: a woman i work with just brought over a bag filled with maternity shirts she no longer needs. Whatever I dont want/doesnt fit can go to goodwill

per her request.
This was incredibly nice of her, especially considering I really dont know her all that well.
Normally I would pick up a small gift card or a bottle of wine or something as a small thank you; however, she is management here and I am as lowly of an employee as they come.
Is it inappropriate to do something as a small thank you, given her position? What say you, ST?

I'm with loosi and spawn -- not a gift card or gift, but a thank you card/note. -- nm
