I listened to it. He just wouldn't give up and Revis was getting pissed.

I went and watched the INT again and it appears that Marshall tripped or lost his balance trying to make a cut at the snap and fell into Revis. Revis ended up grabbing his jersey but it didn't appear to be anything more than incidental.
Marshall had no shot at the ball. He was falling in the wrong direction and wasn't near the ball when he righted himself.
Could a flag have been thrown, I think so. It wasn't and I could see why the ref didn't throw it. Tough call to make.
