ok st, i hesitate to ask, but i will anyways i guess. from Friday when i woke up at 6am

until this morning at 6am, i have slept a total of 10 hours.

I am so tired, but i cannot sleep, i just lay there staring at the ceiling. if I fall asleep its like a nap, i wake up 10-15 mins later then struggle to get back to sleep.

last night i took tylenol pm, and it basically did nothing. i was still wide awake at midnight.

yes, i should probably see a doc, but i havent had luck with prescription sleep meds before (i never felt rested) and melatonin does nothing with sleep, it just makes me a zombie the next day.

i dont know what consuming copious amounts of alcohol would do, but then again I dont really drink, and even when i have, i never get sleepy anyways.

so, thoughts, suggestions, sarcastic puns that will fall flat, are welcome.
