Our home theatre receiver has served us extremely well, but it crapped out recently. Any recommendations on a replacement?

We have the following things we'd like to be able to connect:

Xbox - Component
PS3 - HDMI
Wii - RCA
PVR - HDMI

Also, can someone explain this DLNA stuff to me? I've found some receivers which have an ethernet port and are "DLNA Certified". Does this mean I could stream from my computer without needing to use the Xbox/PS3?

Any other must have features that I will want, or wish I had in the near future?
