like are you past the hungry stage?
Are you splitting the 1500 up over 6 small meals? or just the standard 3?
Responses:
splitting it up. still hungry if I stick to 1500 ( after burning 500-600 from swimming). MyFitnessPal tells me I have to add calories so I have to go

if you are burning 500-600, I would bump the intake to 1800 or so.

that's stage 1 of atkins. I've done it in the past. it's hard to do that if you do high cardio.
