splitting it up. still hungry if I stick to 1500 ( after burning 500-600 from swimming). MyFitnessPal tells me I have to add calories so I have to go

over 1500. If I end up running a deficit of 900 calories, I get headachy and hungry. as long as the net is 1500 or below, I feel fine. Not sure if this is going to screw things up.
