that's what I'm doing. I burn that much 6 days a week. There were a couple of evenings where I had a clear

calorie deficit, and I really could tell. headache, dizziness. that just can't be good.

thanks for the tip on varying, very helpful. What about varying the nutriet proportions (protein/fat/carbs)? I am staying relatively low carb, under doctor's advice, because I am in early stages of type2 diabetes.
