ok, and are you eating 3 meals a day and one snack?

maybe try spacing your meals out to 6 a day, with 2 being 200 calories, and the rest split 1300?

My guess is that you are a stress eater, as I am, and that can cause you to THINK you are more hungry than you actually are.
