when i eat one at breakfast i am fine until lunch

but its the dinner that gets me. i eat one, and 1.2-2hours later i am hungry again.

I need to figure out a better dinner, but I am a fan of the large lunch, small other meals. especially when i workout, i cannot handle a large dinner, makes me all sick feeling.
