yeah. it was easier when i was working out every night, cause I knew i needed to eat more in the evening

to not be all huge negative.
but now, i get home and I study for 2 hours, no working out. then i am trying to relax at 9:30, and sleep at 10:30, cause I need to sleep. that would probably help my stress level.
so i might workout over the weekend, or do a quick 30 min routine before I study (last night I just walked the neighborhood for an hour).
its just that the studying messes up everything. my weight has been stuck around 230 since June because of that.
