NYC MTA has too much trash to pick up in station so they're getting rid of trash cans.

Wait...what?!? The MTA needs to be abolished. Does no one working there have a fucking brain? So instead of all the garbage being put into a nice easy to pick up trash can the people are going to be throwing it on the ground and on the tracks.

How does this make any sense whatsoever?
