but I've only needed a person twice at PNC, so that speaks volumes about their website's usability. (a check of mine refused to be mobile deposited. getting it deposited manually was not hilarious.)

- ohhhh, maybe that was the issue. it's fine with my paychecks, but my rewards checks from BoA gave it pause. - amanda jones Oct 25, 11:03 1
