ST is foodie: I need menu planning help for side dishes for a Thanksgiving type dinner.

So far, I have mashed potatoes, southwestern corn pudding (vegan), and that's about it. I'll do cranberry sauce of course.
But I'm running into trouble deciding what other side dishes to do. I need some actual vegetable based dishes, or one (and would like at least one of them to be vegan, or at lest vegetarian i.e. no bacon in the vegetables). I feel uninspired. What do you got ST?
