20 people? may i suggest the best appetizer of all time? and it's easy and people freak it's so yummy

roasted brie with brown sugar and currents (or dried cranberries).
cut the top "skin" off a large wheel of brie. place in ceramic overproof dish (as close in size to brie as possible). sprinkle brown sugar over top *very generously*, the spinkle dried currents or cranberries on that. bake in 300* over till gooey (20 minutes?)
serve with sliced rounds of baguette. (bonus - it's vegetarian!)
also - are your guests actual vegans or vegetarians?
