I think the cleaning cycle runs the temps up to 900?? so it needs more insulation to keep it from yeah blowing up the building or at least catching it

Well, you have to wait until the food's done cooking. And then you have to wait until the oven cools. By that time, it's pretty much cooked on. -- nm
