TT Poll: Do you ever just have moments or days where you just wish kind of everything would just stop and you didnt ever have to wake up

I am not trying to sound nutty. No I am not out to off myself, but have moments where life just feels like to much work, too much pain and would be easier if it just went on permanent pause.

Had a couple friends say they get like that from time to time and its normal as long as you dont obsess the thought. Just curious and if you do how do you shake that thought and get fired up again?
