Well...Rzep has been pretty much a lefty specialist. but who knows? The way it seemed to me was that

Rzep being in there wasn't the issue. The issue was he wanted Motte and he got Lance Lynn (who wasn't supposed to pitch that day)...so he did the IBB while Motte got ready.
I think Tony may have taken it a step further...again, to put the heat on himself instead of the team.
