granted if you're GS is low, you're presenting a target and thus putting us all in danger. But if they're playing correctly but quietly I assume we'll leave them be.
I say we review the GS and cut anyone who's too low. We've had weeks of combat. If they haven't even done enough to defend themselves, even if CWG hasn't attacked those soft targets, they need to go.
