Let's be honest...any stat that diminshes a monster game becuase you didn't single home 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th trailing by 1

just isn't all that great a stat to begin with.

by this measure, Joe Carter's 1993 homer is the greatest thing in the history of sport becuase iirc, it's the only WS clinching homer that took a losing team to the winning team.

But it was only Game 6 so it's downgraded.
