I mostly don't know how to unlock or get to a lot of the rest of them.

The only Catwoman thing I have left is that crazy jumping up a building thing that I don't know how to do.

And, oddly enough, I don't think I did what was in that Penny Arcade. Political prisoner being beaten is part of a side mission, and I thought I might lose the chance to finish that if I didn't do it when I noticed them being attacked/threatened.
